How Wellforce works.

Wellforce is a monthly wellbeing program built on a single idea: support every person on your team proactively, so pressure gets caught early, not after it’s cost you someone good.

What we do.

Our experienced coaches identify what's actually getting in the way of someone doing their best work - a lack of focus or motivation, overwhelm, imposter syndrome, or stress from outside of work. Using a fast, neuroscience-backed approach, we help break the repeating thoughts and behaviours that keep people stuck, so they can get back to feeling like themselves at work. Often the simplest shifts matter most, and our coaches are trained to notice where a small change in lifestyle will make a real difference to how someone feels and functions.

Wellforce was founded by Georgie Collinson - one of Australia’s leading anxiety specialists - a naturopath, Oprah’s Book Club featured author and coach, certified in applied neuroscience. Every Wellforce coach is trained in the same method and held to the same standard of care.

Four elements of the program.

1) Monthly group sessions

Smaller themed one-hour sessions each month, scaled to your team size, plus a dedicated session for leaders so they have their own confidential space to share. Sessions are spread across different times, so shift and roster coverage is never compromised.

2) One-on-one coaching

Every team member meets their coach in an initial session from day one. From there, a set number of confidential sessions are available each month. Support doesn't wait to be asked for - coaches actively reach out to anyone whose check-in suggests they'd benefit, including the person struggling who'd never put their hand up.

3) Monthly wellbeing check-in

A short, confidential survey is completed live within the group sessions. It measures wellbeing, stress, energy, engagement and confidence, and readily flags who would value a check-in. Because it's done together, it always gets done - no chasing, no gaps.

4) Confidential reporting

You or your leadership receive a clear summary of team-level themes and trends: on a monthly basis to start, moving to an in-depth quarterly review once the program is established. You see the patterns and the progress. You will never see individual responses or anything said in a session, as confidentiality is key.

On-site and online connection.

While the majority of the service operates online, wherever possible, we come to you in person. Two to four times a year our coaches visit on-site to run sessions in person and connect face to face with your team, and your quarterly review can be held in person too. It keeps the relationship personal - in-house connection, without the in-house cost.

Built on confidentiality.

The whole program stands on trust - people only open up when they know it's safe to. One-on-one sessions are completely confidential. What you receive is always de-identified themes and trends: patterns, never people. The only exception, stated openly from the start, is a standard duty of care if someone is at genuine risk of serious harm.

Measuring success.

From month one we establish a wellbeing baseline across the team, then track movement every month. Over time we can show real outcomes - for example, that among people who attended three or more coaching sessions, average stress fell while engagement and confidence rose. That's concrete evidence of return on a wellbeing investment that's usually impossible to quantify.

Investment.

Wellforce is a monthly retainer, scoped to each organisation based on your team size and the support required. Every program begins with an initial one-on-one session for each team member, so your people meet their coach from day one. After an exploratory conversation, we'll prepare a tailored proposal with clear figures for your team.

We’d be proud to support your team.
